Shipping & Returns


Talient Action Group makes every effort to ensure our work is delivered on time. We utilize UPS as our standard carrier. The services available from UPS, including Next Day Air, Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, and we package and ship our materials for the best protection. We want your print project to arrive on time and intact. Shipping is selected by customers at the time of check-out. If your project requires special shipping considerations, please contact our customer service team.


Returns are facilitated through our customer service team. Please see our Terms & Conditions for details on returning print projects. Any project being returned, must receive a Return Authorization Number from our customer service or they will be rejected at our receiving station. Projects accepted for return, must be returned in full and must be appropriately marked with the Return Authorization Number.

How can I receive tracking information from TAG?

Once your order ships, the order is updated with the shipping information. You may login to your account to see the shipment tracking information.

What if my shipment doesn't arrive on time?

We make every effort to ensure you receive your project on time. Unfortunately, we can only be responsible for our production turnaround time. We encourage you to order your project with enough time to allow for the unexpected, and to select the shipping method that provides for extra shipping time.

Where do I return my project if the production did not meet the requirements specified?

Any project that was not properly produced according to the provided instructions will be reprinted. The final decision on quality or production specifications will be made by TAG's customer service team. If TAG provides a Return Authorization Number, you may use this to return your project. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Please return the project using UPS Ground. The TAG customer service team will review the project, and if it qualifies, the team will credit the shipping cost of the return.

What if I want you to ship with our corporate account on a specific carrier?

At this time, TAG only ships via UPS. If you have a corporate account that you prefer to be used, please contact TAG's customer service team to determine if this is feasible.

How does TAG protect the shipment against damage?

The craftsman at TAG are proud of the projects we produce. And, they wish to ensure your project arrives in top condition. Packaging is designed to appropriately determine the weight of cartons for safe handling, and to provide the greatest ability to protect edges and corners. Commercial packaging and taping is utilized to further protect your project.
